• First of all wash your face with a suitable cleanser and rub your eyebrows to remove any oil and dirt. A toothbrush works great for the purpose. 
•  Shape your eyebrow. 
•  Get your desired eyebrow dye but it is better to opt vegetable based dye as these are safe and more effective. 
•  Apply petroleum jelly around your eyebrows but never on the hair of your eyebrows. For the purpose you can use cotton buds. 
•  Now you can apply the eyebrow dye on your brows but be careful and ensure to apply the dye in the roots of eyebrows. 
•  Wait for the recommended time and then rinse it with water.

Remember never apply the dye on broken skin or any pimple. It is important to wear gloves to save your hands from getting the dye color.
